Single founder structure currently — lead engineer Saravanan as senior employee with meaningful ESOP (not co-founder equity). If a co-founder joins pre-Series A, structured vesting (1-year cliff, 4-year vest) with founder protection clauses.

Anti-dilution & control provisions

Founder vesting: already 100% vested with reverse-vesting on Series A only if standard. Weighted-average anti-dilution (not full ratchet). Founder board seat through Series B. Drag-along threshold >75%. Right of first refusal on transfers.
